Payment is upfront for commissions under $500.

Payment plan is optional for commissions above $500. 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

I retain all rights to the finished commission and preliminary materials produced during the working process, which include but is not limited to: distribution & reproduction, self-promotion, display on public sites & portfolio as commission samples.

I do not claim ownership over the characters featured in the commissions.

I reserve the right to decline your commission request.

I reserve the right to alter my Terms of Service at anytime without prior notice. New rules will not be applied retroactively and won't affect commissions taken on older terms.

Client must be 18 years or older to order a commission.

Commissions are for personal use only. Personal use includes gifts, wallpapers, personal prints, icons, headers, profile pictures, posts on social media with credit(attributed to any of my social media accounts).

Do not use preliminary materials(work-in-progress images) produced during the working process for any other purpose besides aiding in the completion of the commission, that includes using them as samples to commission other artists, tracing, editing, and/or redistributing.

Finished commission and preliminary materials produced during the working process may not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, or any for profit platforms or purposes), or any blockchain related technology which includes NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Do not claim the artwork as your own.

A full refund will be given if I am unable to complete a commission for any reason.

Cancellations once a sketch has already been sent will be given a partial refund amounting to 30% of the commission price.

For cancellations after partial completion of the commission, Artist shall retain ownership of all rights of copyright and the original artwork, including but not limited to completed artwork, sketches, and comps. Client may not post/use/or otherwise distribute the commission and any preliminary materials produced in any way, shape or form.

No refunds for cancellations after sketch has been approved.

Fill out the order form completely.

If original characters are requested, it is required to provide clear visual references of the characters.

Visual references in conjunction with text references would be appreciated.

I will get back to you to discuss details before giving you a quote. There may be additional charges depending on complexity of character design/background.

Paypal invoice will be sent.

Payment should be made before commission is put into queue.

You will receive a rough sketch. This is where you may request major changes (e.g. poses, backgrounds etc.).

After the sketch is approved, you will be sent a work-in-progress shot of the flat-colours. At this stage, only slight alteration can be done (e.g. hue changes, small details etc.).

The completed commission will be delivered via email at full resolution. Only very minor retouches allowed here.

Maximum of 3 rounds of revisions in the sketch stage, 2 revisions in flat-colour and full-colour stage. Anything beyond the 5 revisions will incur additional fees.

Max turnaround time is 2 months unless a deadline is otherwise agreed upon.

You may request an earlier deadline for a rush fee depending on how quickly you would like to receive it.
